Chase graduated from Faulkner Law School in Montgomery, Alabama magna cum laude, finishing in the top 10 of his Class. While attending law school he was also working as an Emergency Room Nurse. Chase has been an RN for the last 10 years and blends his hands-on experience in the ER with his legal evaluation of personal injury cases and criminal cases involving serious injuries or death.
Chase also brings a personal perspective to the domestic relations/divorce/child custody aspect of his legal practice. Not only did Chase work full-time as an ER nurse while attending law school, but he was a full-time single parent raising his son. Chase has balanced work, school and family as he has dedicated himself to being the best father he can. He has been engaged in his son’s school functions and made the time to be an assistant coach over the last several seasons of baseball as well as head coach for football and now basketball for his son’s teams. All of this real-life experience gives Chase the insight and understanding to better counsel and guide clients through the stressful divorce and child custody environment.
Over the course of his career, he’s built a reputation for integrity, attention to detail, and aggressive advocacy for his clients and patients. Chase graduated Nursing school from Auburn University of Montgomery in 2013 and continues working in healthcare and as a legal advocate where both sets of skills complement each other.
