He focuses on compassionate care for families through sensitive custody matters and supports clients navigating the criminal justice system. His approach combines a deep understanding of the law with personalized, results-driven solutions tailored to every client.
Certified Guardian ad Litem and Family Law Practice
Chase is also a certified Guardian ad Litem in the State of Alabama, with significant experience in family law matters, including divorce, custody, adoption, child support, and modifications. His courtroom skills, combined with his legal training and education, inform his approach to seeking justice for each client.
Education and Early Career
Chase graduated magna cum laude from Faulkner Law School in Montgomery, AL, finishing in the top 10 of his class. While attending law school, he also worked as an ER nurse. He has been a registered nurse (RN) for the last 10 years, blending his hands-on ER experience with legal evaluation in personal injury cases and criminal cases involving serious injuries or death.
Chase brings a personal perspective to his practice, especially in domestic relations, divorce, and child custody. Not only did he balance full-time work as an ER nurse while attending law school, but he was also a full-time single parent raising his son. He has actively engaged in his son’s school functions, served as an assistant and head coach for several baseball seasons as well as coaching football and basketball for his son’s team.
This real-life experience equips Chase with valuable insight to guide clients through the challenging and stressful environment of divorce and child custody cases.
Reputation and Approach
Throughout his career, Chase has built a reputation for integrity, attention to detail, and aggressive client advocacy. He graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery’s nursing school in 2013 and continues to work in healthcare alongside his legal practice, where both skill sets complement each other. What sets him apart is his ability to blend legal expertise with practical solutions customized to each client’s unique circumstances.
Community Involvement and Client Commitment
Outside the office, Chase enjoys actively engaging with the local community by coaching youth sports teams and attending as many sporting events as possible. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate their legal challenges with confidence and professionalism.
“Whether you are looking for a simple divorce or facing multiple felony charges, my goal is to provide clear, effective advice to help you achieve the best possible outcome. I am passionate about upholding justice, advocating for your Constitutional rights, and protecting individuals.”
